3. Product Information & Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability displayed on our website are accurate. However, Bags & Bags reserves the right to:

•       Update product specifications, pricing, or availability without notice

•       Decline or cancel orders if a product is found to be mispriced or unavailable

 

Product colors may appear slightly different on screen due to display settings and photography lighting. This does not constitute a defect.

 

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. Bags & Bags offers two pricing tiers:

•       Retail pricing — applicable for individual customer orders

•       Wholesale pricing — applicable for bulk orders meeting the minimum order quantity (MOQ); contact us directly for wholesale rates

 

Bags & Bags accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) for retail orders within Pakistan. Wholesale buyers may be subject to advance payment or agreed payment terms. We reserve the right to modify payment terms at any time.

 

5. Retail Orders — Terms of Sale

5.1 Order Processing

Orders are processed upon confirmation. We will notify you via WhatsApp or SMS once your order is dispatched. Processing time is typically 1–2 business days.

 

5.2 Shipping & Delivery

We ship across Pakistan through third-party courier services. Standard delivery time is 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your city and courier availability. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or force majeure events. Bags & Bags is not liable for courier delays once the parcel has been dispatched.

 

5.3 Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD orders, payment is due at the time of delivery. Repeated refusal of COD orders or return-to-origin (RTO) without valid reason may result in suspension of future COD eligibility for that customer.

 

5.4 No Return Policy

Bags & Bags operates a strict NO RETURN policy on all retail orders. All sales are final once the order has been dispatched.

We do not accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, incorrect size expectation, color variation from screen display, or dissatisfaction after delivery.

5.5 Parcel Integrity & Opening Policy

To protect both our customers and our business from fraud, tampering, and product substitution, the following rules apply to all deliveries:

•       Customers are strictly NOT permitted to open, inspect, or break the seal of any parcel before making payment at the time of delivery

•       Parcels are sealed, packed, and documented before dispatch. Any claim of receiving an incorrect or empty parcel after the seal has been broken will not be entertained

•        We strongly recommend customers record an unboxing video at the time of delivery as proof of the parcel’s condition upon receipt

•       Any attempt to return a parcel with substituted, damaged, or different items from what was originally delivered will be treated as fraud and reported to the relevant courier company and authorities

By accepting delivery of your order, you acknowledge that the parcel was received sealed and intact, and that you accept full responsibility for its contents from that point forward.

 

6. Wholesale Terms

6.1 Eligibility

Wholesale pricing and orders are available to verified resellers, retailers, boutiques, and online store owners. Bags & Bags reserves the right to approve or decline any wholesale application at its sole discretion.

 

6.2 Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Wholesale orders are subject to a minimum order quantity. MOQ details will be communicated during the enquiry process. Placing an order below the stated MOQ may result in retail pricing being applied.

 

6.3 Wholesale Pricing Confidentiality

Wholesale prices communicated to buyers are confidential. Buyers agree not to share, publish, or disclose wholesale pricing to third parties. Violation of this clause may result in termination of wholesale access.

 

6.4 Payment Terms for Wholesale

Wholesale orders may require full or partial advance payment. Specific payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Bags & Bags reserves the right to revise payment terms at any time.

 

6.5 Returns — Wholesale

Wholesale orders are generally non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect or incorrect supply is confirmed. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bags & Bags shall not be liable for:

•       Indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website

•       Loss of business, revenue, or profits for wholesale buyers arising from resale of our products

•       Delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party courier services

•       Any unauthorized use of our website or customer accounts

 

Our total liability in any matter arising from these terms shall not exceed the value of the relevant order placed with us.

 

8. Privacy & Data

Bags & Bags collects personal information (name, phone number, address, email) solely for the purpose of processing orders and providing customer support. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except courier services required to fulfil your delivery.

 

By placing an order or submitting a wholesale enquiry, you consent to being contacted via WhatsApp or phone for order-related communications.

 

9. Governing Law

These terms and this Legal Notice are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from transactions with Bags & Bags shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

Bags & Bags reserves the right to update, amend, or replace this Legal Notice at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on this website. Continued use of the website or placement of orders after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
